Four minutes,twice a week.
No fifteen-step routine. Warm it, section your hair, massage for two minutes, and let it sit. Here's exactly how to get the most out of every bottle.
Four steps,done properly.
Each step protects the one before it — rushing the massage or skipping the wait time is the most common reason people don't see results.

Warm three droppers
Measure three full droppers into your palm and rub your hands together for about ten seconds. Warmth thins the oil slightly so it spreads evenly instead of pooling at the roots.

Section and apply
Part your hair into four sections using a comb or your fingers. Apply the oil directly onto the scalp along each part line first, then work down through the lengths.

Massage for two minutes
Use your fingertips — not nails — in slow circular motions across the whole scalp. This is the step that actually lifts circulation to the follicles, so don't rush it.

Leave for 45+ minutes
Let the oil sit for at least 45 minutes, or overnight under a loose cap for a deeper treatment. Rinse with a sulphate-free cleanser — a double shampoo removes it fully.
Find your rhythm.
Scalp condition and hair type change how often you'll want to apply. Here's a starting point.
Once a week
Fine or oily scalps that get weighed down easily. Focus on roots only, shorter wait time.
Twice a week
The default for most hair types. Balances scalp nourishment with the natural oil cycle.
Three times a week
Dry, coarse, or chemically treated hair that needs extra conditioning between washes.
Do's and don'ts.
Do
- Apply to a dry or slightly damp scalp, never freshly washed.
- Store the bottle away from direct sunlight — the amber glass helps, but heat still degrades it.
- Double-shampoo on rinse day so no residue is left behind.
- Give it 4–6 weeks of consistent use before judging results.
Don't
- Use hot tools directly after application — heat can degrade the actives.
- Scrub with fingernails — this can irritate the scalp instead of stimulating it.
- Skip the patch test if you have known sensitivities to botanical oils.
- Apply more than three droppers per session — more oil doesn't mean faster results.
